What to expect during the application process
Where's the application? I don't see it on the website.
The first part of the application is included upon paying the application fee. Once you pay the fee, you'll notice a few questions on the application fee form that provide our agents with a few basic questions to get started.
Where is the second part of application?
Once the application has been received and processed, you will receive an email with final details of the process, and a phone call from an intake specialist who will complete your application
How long does it take to get funded?
Applications are processed on a, "first-come-first-serve" basis, which means we handle applications in the order that they are received. Funding can take 3-12 months, depending on the # of applicants and funding available.
Why is there an application fee?
The application fee is used to recover some of the administrative costs of processing your funding application. Similar to a mortgage loan lender, Realtor, and apartment leasing processes whom also charge a fee to collect information as part of the application process.
Do I pay back the money I receive?
No. You don't pay back any of the funds you receive. This is a private lending company. The money provided to you is in-house, and is provided solely to help economic growth by putting local individuals in business to help bring new jobs to local communities.
How are you able to give money away?
The money we allocate to local communities is derived from a percentage of our company's revenues.
